What is HypnoBirthing?

HypnoBirthing is a complete antenatal program that provides all the tools and confidence to make informed decisions about your birth. Hypnobirthing helps take the fear out of your birthing day, so you can work with your body, baby and birth companion to achieve that empowering and positive birthing experience.

When you are properly prepared for birthing physically, mentally & spiritually, you can experience the joy of birthing your baby in an easier, more comfortable way.

Whilst you learn lots of techniques – breathing, deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, visualisation and affirmations, HypnoBirthing is also a philosophy.

When a healthy woman, carrying a healthy baby, experiencing a healthy labour, trusts birth, is free of fear, and is beautifully relaxed, her body will function as it should.

For your chosen birth companion, they will learn to advocate for your birth choices and work together with a chosen care provider to achieve them.  As well as many useful skills in supporting and comforting your journey every step of the way.
